Il Direttore Generale per i trasporti della Commissione Ue ha pubblicato una nota per informare che la Commissione ha riconosciuto la necessità di una proroga per i certificati e le licenze del settore dei trasporti, purché siano non superiori ai 3 mesi.

Le deroghe italiane sono già state notificate dal nostro Governo a Bruxelles e le misure sono rinvenibili sulla piattaforma di scambio delle informazioni. Gli altri SM devono riconoscere le proroghe italiane come valide anche sui loro territori.

Italy has notified to the Commission provisions enabling the extension of validity of driving licenses until 31 August 2020 and of qualifications of professional drivers until 30 June 2020. The current situations prevents Italy from carrying out the medical exams necessary to renew both the validity of driving licenses and qualifications of professional drivers under Directives 2006/126/EC and 2003/59/EC.
